Ecardius is seeking an articulate, professional Healthcare Business Development Representative to establish collaborative relationships with outpatient medical clinics, specialty practices, and healthcare facility leadership across the United States. In this role, you will engage with clinic administrators, practice managers, and physician executives to introduce Ecardius’s performance-based revenue cycle management solutions and coordinate complimentary 10-point diagnostic A/R audits.

- Maintain accurate documentation of provider communications, partnership inquiries, and meeting schedules in our CRM.
- Collaborate with our billing operations team during client onboarding to ensure seamless workflow integration.
- 1+ years experience in healthcare client relations, provider outreach, account management, or consultative healthcare sales.
- Fluent English verbal communication with an articulate, executive telephone and video conference demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate respectfully and persuasively with physician owners and practice managers.
- High personal discipline, organization, and accountability in a collaborative on-site team setting.
- Familiarity with US healthcare terminology, outpatient medical specialties, or billing concepts is preferred (comprehensive training provided).
Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Specialist
Ecardius is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Specialist to manage end-to-end billing, claims adjudication, and clearinghouse workflows for outpatient clinics and healthcare facilities across the United States. In this role, you will work directly inside client EHR/PM platforms to ensure clean claim transmission, timely payment posting, and aggressive aging accounts receivable resolution.

- Validate clinical encounter charge capture and verify CPT, ICD-10, and modifier utilization (-25, -59, -XE, -50) against payer LCD/NCD guidelines.
- Transmit electronic claims (837P / 837I) through clearinghouses, resolving front-end rejections before timely filing windows lapse.
- Post daily Electronic Remittance Advices (835 ERAs) and manual paper remittances, reconciling balances with bank deposit logs.
- Actively investigate and appeal denied claims, analyzing CARC/RARC codes and submitting structured appeal letters with medical records.
- Conduct systematic follow-up on outstanding insurance balances aging past 30, 60, and 90+ days.
- Operate seamlessly within client EHR and PM platforms (e.g., athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Kareo/Tebra, AdvancedMD) under strict HIPAA standards.
- 2+ years of hands-on medical billing, claims adjudication, or A/R follow-up experience in US healthcare settings.
- Strong proficiency in multi-specialty medical billing workflows, CMS-1500 / UB-04 forms, and clearinghouse operations.
- Firm understanding of payer timely filing rules, commercial fee schedules, Medicare Part B, and Medicaid regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail with unwavering adherence to HIPAA confidentiality and data protection protocols.
- Experience navigating leading EHR/PM systems with least-privilege role permissions.
